Peter Lang
A passionate supporter of Penrith. I’ve lived and worked in the area for over 50 years, and I currently work as a Customer Experience Officer at Penrith City Council where I have held a variety of positions over the last 23 years in marketing and corporate media communications. I’ve also worked as a journalist and Media Officer for Panthers.
Greg Alexander
Current Deputy Chairman: Director for 22 years. After a long-running, successful playing career, and a decades-long association with the Penrith community, Greg was inducted into the Panthers Hall of Fame in 2016. Greg is currently a Sports Commentator on Fox Sports and has completed the ClubsNSW Finance for Club Boards and the Director Foundation and Management Collaboration courses.
Alan Harding
40 year member of the Panthers Penrith club and part of the NRL coaching staff (2022-2024). Life Member of Emu Plains JRLFC with roles including player, coach, trainer, Vice President and Wellbeing Officer. Director/Owner of CorePower Pty Ltd. One of the Founding members of Penrith Men’s Walk and Talk. NSW Premier’s Award recipient (2022). Active mental-health and suicide-prevention advocate.
Peter Graham
Current Chairman: Extensive executive and board experience in the power and media industries and the university sector. Principal of PTG Consulting. Chair of Western Sydney University International College. Graduate Western Sydney University and Harvard Business School. PhD (Hons) Western Sydney University. Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Completed ClubsNSW Finance for Club Boards, Director Foundation and Management Collaboration Courses (2017).
Mark Mulock
Current Deputy Chairman: Director for 8 years. Born, bred and raised in Penrith. Lifetime Panthers supporter. Board member of Panthers Foundation. Founding member – the Great Walk Foundation, a Penrith charity. Member of Olatype Pty. Limited. Legal practitioner for 40 years practising in Penrith. Completed ClubsNSW Finance for Club Boards, Director Foundation and Management Collaboration Courses (2017).
Rob Wearn
Current Director: Director for 6 years. Managing Director of Mulgoa Quarries, employing 150 local people. Founding member – the Great Walk Foundation, Director of Sydney Business Park, Director of Thorndale Foundation. Active supporter of the Children’s Cancer Institute and Royal Far West, helping connect country children with health support. Completed ClubsNSW Finance for Club Boards, Director Foundation and Management Collaboration Courses (2017).
Belinda Leonard
Current Director: Director for 2 years. CEO of Noro Music Therapy. A passionate health advocate, brings executive experience from Visa and Mastercard across Australia, USA, and UK. Fellow of the Institute of Community Directors, she mentors with Panthers on the Prowl and contributes to Panthers’ commercial and community success. Completed ClubsNSW Finance for Club Boards, Director Foundation and Management Collaboration Courses (2023).
Victor Shipley
A local Penrith resident who is hardworking, driven and not afraid of facing a challenge. Passionate about my local community and contributes where possible. Owner Operator of Powersmart Electrical working in both the domestic and commercial space locally, employing a team of five. A strategic thinker, I know I would be a professional addition to the Panthers Board.
Voting will be conducted in the Foyer, Panthers Penrith 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith on the following dates:
- Friday 13.2.26 between 12.00pm and 6.00pm
- Saturday 14.2.26 between 12.00pm and 6.00pm
- Sunday 15.2.26 between 10.00am and 6.00pm
- Monday 16.2.26 between 10.00am and 12.00pm
Members elected as Directors of Penrith District Rugby League Football Club Ltd will automatically become Directors of Penrith Rugby League Club Ltd and will be announced at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 26th March 2026, Ron Mulock AO Room, Panthers Penrith.
