NOTICE OF NOMINATION

Nominations for candidates, for election by Penrith Home Club Members, as a Director of the Penrith District Rugby

League Football Club Ltd will be open on 20.11.2025 from 10.00am and will close on 4.12.2025 at 2.00pm.

 

Nomination forms will be available at Club Reception, Panthers Penrith, 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith from 10.11.25 at

10.00am. The requirements for nomination and election will be explained in the nomination forms.

 

In order to nominate, it is compulsory to attend a pre-nomination session. A ClubsNSW Representative will run the

pre-nomination information session in the Hunter Room at Panthers Penrith on Wednesday, 12.11.2025 from 6.00pm. At

this session, the role, duties and responsibilities of Directors of clubs will be fully explained. Please register your interest

in attending the pre-nomination session to Jill Trad by Thursday 6.11.2025 via email – jill.trad@panthers.com.au. jill.trad@panthers.com.au.

The session will not go ahead if we don’t receive any notification of attendance.

 

Please note:

•  Attendance at the information session is compulsory for nominating candidates (as per the Club’s Constitution)

•  A Board nomination information pack will be available at the pre-nomination information session.

 

There are five positions available. All five current Directors will be re-standing for election.
If more than five nominations are received, voting for the positions will be conducted in the Foyer,
Panthers Penrith 123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith on the following dates:

Friday 13.2.26 between 12.00pm and 6.00pm

Saturday 14.2.26 between 12.00pm and 6.00pm

Sunday 15.2.26 between 10.00am and 6.00pm

Monday 16.2.26 between 10.00am and 12.00pm

 

Members elected as Directors of Penrith District Rugby League Football Club Ltd will automatically become Directors of
Penrith Rugby League Club Ltd and will be announced at the next Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 25th March 2026.
