We work in the service industry. It is fast-paced and it is customer-centric. We are a not-for-profit organisation, focused on our members and their guests. Our members consist of rugby league members as well as members of our 6 leagues clubs. Our communities are our focus. We’re looking for community-minded people who will make our members and their guests their number one priority. We want people with energy, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude. Please note:  We proudly work in the hospitality industry. That means we work weekends, evenings as well as public holidays. Therefore, to be considered for a position within Panthers Group, you must be available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Application tips

Tip 1:  If you’re applying for a position that involves the service of alcohol, you will require an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate.
Tip 2:  If you’re applying for a position within a gaming area, you will require an RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) Certificate.
Tip 3:  Tell us what you love about working in the hospitality service industry.



Interview tips

We want you to succeed, so we’ve put together the below tips to help make the most of your interview:
Tip 1:  Research us! Spend time educating yourself on Panthers Group. Know who we are, what we stand for, what our products are.
Tip 2:  Prepare! You will no doubt have questions about us. We would love to answer them, so prepare 2 or 3 and show us you’re interested.
Tip 3:  Practice! Ask your family or friends to ask you questions that you think may be asked. This way you can prepare and practice answers.
Tip 4:  Make a great first impression! Dress appropriately and ensure your grooming (hair and make-up) is professional.
Tip 5:  Arrive early! Confirm the time of your interview. Arrive 15 minutes early to send a positive message and allow for unexpected delays.
