Rugby League: sponsorship, marketing, media, membership, merchandise, events, game day, community,  green keeping, coaching, nutrition, performance and more.
Corporate:  finance, marketing, media, human resources (HR), infrastructure, legal,  information technology (IT)  and purchasing.

We work in the service industry. It is fast-paced and it is customer-centric. We are a not-for-profit organisation, focused on our members and their guests. Our members consist of rugby league members as well as members of our 6 leagues clubs. Our communities are our focus. Panthers Group employs over 650 staff.
