Careers at Panthers

There are a lot of great careers to choose from at Panthers. We have a large variety of roles at different locations within our organisation. Many of our Duty Managers and General Managers started their careers as Casual Customer Service Attendants. We offer a range of employment and career opportunities across operational and corporate departments.
Club Operations:  food, beverage, gaming, membership, reception, entertainment, security, surveillance, grounds, cleaning, trades and more.
Rugby League: sponsorship, marketing, media, membership, merchandise, events, game day, community,  greenkeeping keeping, coaching, nutrition, performance and more.
Corporate:  finance, marketing, media, human resources (HR), information technology (IT), purchasing.

We work in the service industry. It is fast-paced and it is customer-centric. We are a not-for-profit organisation, focused on our members and their guests. Our members consist of rugby league members as well as members of our 6 leagues clubs. Our communities are our focus. Panthers Group employs over 650 staff.
